[SOLVED] Gnome-Panel - Startmenue

I installed JDownloader for downloading my favorite YouTube Videos, Musik

After changing Java (openjdk) to oracle java (JRE) i can't start the JD anymore. So I upgraded or reinstalled it by script as x64 Version.

My old installation folder was deleted. In my Start Menue resist the old Links to my first install of JD.

How can I get rid of those redundant entries?

I tried it with gnome-tweak-tool but there was no Tool for doing that.

Thanks for help.

I would run in Terminal (to check if program with its all configuration files is gone)
Code:
sudo apt-get purge jdownloader

check under your menu in 'accessories/main menu' if the redundant entry is still there.

perhaps Swarf will come with a different solution :)

Hi everyone,

I don't have a solution as Java is not in my knowledge-base other than I know it exists. I don't program, I'm just a desktop user.
My only other suggestion is to give SMPlayer with SMTube. ;)

Thank you.

I just deleted one of the entries unter accessories/main menu.
So it disappears from the internet section :-)
