So, I wanted to use Unity as my default desktop enviroment because i thing GNOME is a bit... unstable. So I installed it (as usual), logged off, selected "Ubuntu" (which i think is the Unity enviroment), logged in and i only see the GNOME 3 enviroment, can you please help me?

Now that you can see 'Ubuntu' would suggest you have broken your Zorin install! Zorin has a similar theme to that. If you are running Core search for Zorin Appearance and choose the last screen on the right and see how you get on with that - it''s called Zorin Dash instead of Unity Dash. ;) :D

my laptop (use mouse view image) Image
in linux you can move all directions :)
Code:
http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2017/05/install-cinnamon-3-4-ubuntu-16-04-17-04/

use google 'install cinnamon desktop on ubuntu 16.04' will give more info

it is a matter of licking a particular desktop or just 'because it can' :)
