Dockbarx not blending with panel

Installed Zorin 12.3 Lite today. Had previously installed Mint xfce. Kept Home partition intact (did not format). When I choose the Windows 10 layout the portion of the panel that contains the icons has a dark background instead of the regular panel background. Also, some windows have a dark theme, while others have the Zorin Blue Light theme (which is what I prefer).

I am assuming this has something to do with a .config files but the one time I deleted the .config files when switching distros things were really fubar so I left them intact this time. Any way to get the icon panel background to blend with the rest of the panel & get rid of the dark theme? I have played around with theming in Appearance (set for Zorin Blue Light) & Zorin Appearance. I have noticed that "Applications" & "Icons" in Zorin Appearance have themes from Mint xfce that I used like Adapta.

Hi

just a thought - search for 'themes' in your menu
