The OS tends to round up to the nearest - it's likely to be a gui factor too. I would advise you give Rufus a try instead of Etcher - I can't stand that terrible program - probably down to my bad experience of using it in the past.

Tomcat, I have had trouble with Balena Etcher, too.
I use Unetbootin, instead. It works seamlessly, easily and I never had it give me any trouble. Can I suggest you try Unetbootin, instead?

I will try unetbootin be cos i use mac and sometimes it is hard to get programs work in play mac

Please also be aware that new releases of Mac hardware will have an OS that will prevent anything other than a Bad Apple from using it!

problem solved i was install it with unetbootin case closed
