I've tried CTRL+ESC, but no response, it also not in keyboard shortcut list.

For the Gnome desktop, it should be the usual ctrl+alt+del
It would be listed as gnome-system-monitor
For Zorin Lite, it may be listed as xfce4-taskmanager

Do you mean System Monitor? Under programs menu -> Utilities -> right click and Add To Favorites.

This may mean that there is not shortcut made for it. You could check whether the shortcut command you are wanting to use is in use from the shortcut key and if it is not, then create a keyboard shortcut for the task manager (if it is, you may need to choose a new shortcut key combo).
You should be able to assign it from a string in terminal:
Code:
xfconf-query -c xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts -n -p "/commands/custom/<Primary><Alt>Delete" -t string -s "xfce4-taskmanager"

Replace "<Primary><Alt>Delete" keys with the keyboard shortcut of your choice (If available).
Such as "<Primary>Escape"
