A question. I have a Core i5 (2.5GHz), 4GB ram and updated every 5 Zorin.
From the beginning of his choice (dual boot with Win 7) to enter the password, is 26 seconds.

It is within the normal? 26 / 2 are the same?

Another thing, how to Identify Zorin FingerPrint
https://launchpad.net/ ~ fingerprint / + archive / fingerprint-gui

X64 version and have already configured.

grateful

For fingerprint take a look here:

https://launchpad.net/fingerprint-gui

When you say 2 are the same, do you mean that Linux is listed twice, one is normal mode, the other is for recovery mode which is normal!!. The other option is for Win7 which is also normal!!.

Did not express myself as well.

Grub is already on the screen of choice of systems to begin.

So the Grub screen, press the Enter (Zorin) and it takes 26 seconds to make the choice to enter the password. (In my case, the digital work here and have already installed the fingerprint)

Grub password to enter, is 26 seconds.

The speed the PC boots at is relevant to the speed and power of your PC, is your PC new or old??.

Post the specs please!.

Hi,

try disabling the fingerprint login and see if that helps you, you may simply have too many processes running at boot level for your PC!!!???.

Sadly, there remains slow. I used the "BUM" and delay. Disable FingerPrint and nothing.

It is expected miracle.

Hi Juliano,

have you installed the graphics card drivers, this may help speed up your PC.
