Zorin as Win 8 replacement on touchscreen PC?

Hi,

I will receive my Asus Vivobook this weekend. It has Win 8 and a 11.6" touchscreen. Now I am looking for Linux to use it as my main desktop in dualboot. Unfortunately the Ubuntu Ntbook Remix is not there anymore, it had a good interface to use on a touchscreen. Unity is under investigation. KDE plasma in netbook mode could be a solution, but I don't now if it works with a touchscreen.

Will there be a Zorin development with good touchscreen lay-out in the near future?

I have installed Ubuntu Gnome 13.04 (Not Unity!) and it is perfect for working with touchscreen. :)
