Feedback: Bring back the Gaming and Multimedia editions!

I do wonder every day why the Zorin team stopped releasing the "Gaming" and "Multimedia" premium versions! Sure you might say to me, "Ultimate has all these combined" well, the fact is that some people just want the specific programs these versions have to offer, to both save space, and to focus on what the 2 versions are tailored towards.

PS - as a side note; Why not make a Zorin server edition, based on Ubuntu server? That would be awesome.

As you are aware, the Multimedia and Gaming versions were 'paid for' versions of the Zorin OS - it is clear that there must not have been enough interest out there for people to buy these variants - and because they are only a small development team they will have had to focus on the core elements of the business to remain viable.

If you are desparate for a 'focused' OS on Gaming and Multimedia, alternatives to consider are:

For Multimedia:

AVLinux "diehard": http://bandshed.net/AVLinux.html or Musix 3.0: https://musixdistro.wordpress.com/

For Gaming:

UE (Ultimate Edition) Gaming http://linux.softpedia.com/get/System/O ... 4417.shtml

or Live Linux-Gamers : http://live.linux-gamers.net/?s=download

Note I cannot vouch the version of the glibc library of the above distributions, see:
