Hi, a total newby here. Found Zorin os and installed base 9 iso. Found it great and was super impressed with total compatibility including auto detection of my Archer wifi card during install. Infact even setting upwifi printer was a breeze. So decided to go the whole hog and purchase Ultimate Zorin 11. Followed the precise same install process. Noticed that 11 saw my Win 10 partition and offered install alongside which 9 had not. But with 11 no wifi detected and sofar I have not been able to set up wifi at all. Also the initial recommended updates to be done following install keep failing (wired internet connection at this point). So I am stuck and somewhat frustrated as the paid for version is giving me grief and the freeby works fine. Your help would be appreciated.
Cheers

Hi, If you paid for the premium version you should be able to get Premium support from the Zorin Team:
