[RESOLVED] Number of Zorin users

Hi! :) I know that there is a package which sends anonymous pings in order to count how many Zorin users are there. I think that it would be nice to have a report to see how many users are active. The report could be a daily report or monthly report or whatever you want :)
A lot of times people asked me "how many people use Linux"? Moreover, it could be a starting point to convince software/game developers to develop also for Linux platforms, because they can see how much potential is there. And in the future, maybe some other distro will do the same and the Linux users counting will be even more accurate.
What do you think?

I would not bother using Distrowatch - there are a number of reasons why some distributions disregard distrowatch - all it does is record downloads, not the actual number of users. There is always Steam of course. ;) :D

Wow, I didn't know this website, I like it! :) Thank you!! Anyway yes, Distrowatch is not very trust, because their "Page Hit Ranking" are based on how many times a distro page (on Distrowatch) is seen by users. But it is not very good, for example, I have Zorin, but I searched it only one time on Distrowatch; instead I searched some distro more than one time because I don't know them and I was looking for more info...
Anyway thank you all for your help!
