Dear Fellow User,

I have an external harddrive with Windows installed on it but there was a problem with boot, so I was trying to make a Bootable USB of "Easy Recovery Essentials" app using WoeUSB, the problem is that it kept telling me that the USB Drive is busy so try to umount it, so I opened the default "Disks" app and I unmounted the USB disk and mounted it again, suddenly after I closed the "Disks" app I wasn't able to find it again and also the Files app disapeared from everywhere including the taskbar, also whenever I try to open any files or click the Home folder Gparted opens instead and displays pie charts.

I'm currently not able to navigate the system or access my files, please let me know what information I can share here that will allow you to further understand the problem.

bannora, what happens if you open a terminal and type in
Code:
nautilus

and then hit enter?
Does the file manager open or does something else happen?
