Will Zorin update itself like Ubuntu 12.04.1?

I've heard Ubuntu 12.04.1 is just an updated iso file, and that would be nice if Zorin OS did the same thing since it's based off of Ubuntu. I know Xubuntu is doing this to, but not Lubuntu. It takes forever updating Zorin the terminal way instead of just downloading an updated iso

If you do all normal updates to Zorin6, then you will get the 12.04.1.
Presently I am running Zorin 6 based on 12.04.1.

I am also running ubuntu on another computer, and again, after all the latest updates, it has become 12.04.1.

If you are talking about a clean installation, then no. Zorin has not issued an iso based directly on 12.04.1.
